Implementation

We basically are a pool of pools and an LP aggregator starting with aggregating the best LSD pool yields across Balancer and Curve. This concept however is suitable for many other assets that we will explore after the hackton.

Strategy 1.3: sfraxETH https://etherscan.io/token/0xac3E018457B222d93114458476f3E3416Abbe38F Backtesting: For backtesting, I forked ETH L1 at a block height exactly 1 year ago and simulated depositing 1 ETH into both Curve and Balancer ETH/stETH pools. Given the amount of LPs minted, I'd be able to get the following amount of ETH out today:

Balancer: 1.036495707365023734 Curve: 1.049730947138458731

This backtesting proves that providing the correct AMM can significantly impact returns ~36% better yield (from LPing only, ignoring other incentives). We would like to explore this more and work out more matrices to optimize yields for LPs.
